Sourced from guides covering Update 7.0 (March 2026) — the oldest data on this site
Cross-checked: stealthygaming.com (28 Mar 2026, Update 7.0) and aggregated reporting from sportskeeda and TechnoSports. The Abyss Sigil figures reconcile exactly (3 per Hard summon × 20 kills = the 60 total another source quotes).
Before you start
- The Atomic sword itself. Mastery is a follow-up questline, not the way you get the sword.
- To get the sword, trade a Shadow Remnant, an Eminence Essence and an Atomic Omen, plus roughly 45,000 Gems, to the Atomic Trainer NPC.
- A build that can clear Atomic on Hard or Extreme repeatedly, and survive deep Infinite Tower floors.
- Be aware this questline's details come from Update 7.0 guides and the game has shipped several updates since. Verify quantities against your in-game tracker.
What you need
- Abyss Sigils to summon Atomic: 3 per Hard summon, 4 per Extreme. Twenty Hard kills therefore costs around 60 sigils, before any failed attempts.
- Clan Rerolls, for the Eminence Clan objective. Codes have handed these out 100 at a time.
- No time limit applies to any stage, so materials can be gathered at your own pace.
Step by step
- 1
Find the Atomic Master on Lawless Island
Go to the left side of Lawless Island, move behind the large building, and continue toward the edge of the map. Press E on the Atomic Master to open the questline. This is a different NPC from the Atomic Trainer who sells you the sword.

Mastery 1 — kill Atomic 20 times on Hard or Extreme
Easy and Normal kills do not count. Each Hard summon costs 3 Abyss Sigils and each Extreme summon 4, so budget roughly 60 sigils for the Hard route. Extreme costs more per attempt but is worth it if your build can kill quickly enough to save real time.
- 3
Mastery 2 — obtain the Eminence Clan
Pure luck, and there is no deterministic path to it: you roll Clan Rerolls until Eminence appears. One source describes Eminence as Mythical rarity. The practical approach is to keep rerolling while you work through Mastery 1, since bosses drop rerolls as you go and codes periodically grant them in bulk.

Mastery 3 — reach deep Infinite Tower floors five times
Enter through the Infinite Tower Portal on Tower Island. Sources state the requirement slightly differently — one says floor 50 or higher, another says floor 51 — so aim for 51 and you satisfy both readings. This has to be done five separate times.

Return to the Atomic Master
With all three objectives complete, hand in to unlock the reward.
How to tell it worked
- The Atomic sword gains an F move it did not previously have.
- Atomic's damage rises by roughly 30%.
- The Atomic Master stops offering mastery objectives.
Common reasons it fails
- Atomic kills are not counting toward Mastery 1
- Only Hard and Extreme difficulty summons count. Easy and Normal kills contribute nothing, which is an expensive mistake in sigils.
- You cannot roll the Eminence Clan
- There is no shortcut — it is a rarity gate. Stack rerolls from boss drops and codes and grind it alongside the other objectives rather than sitting on it.
- You keep dying in the Infinite Tower before floor 50
- This stage tests survivability, not just damage. A damage-reduction race and clan, plus lifesteal, will get you further than a pure glass-cannon build that clears bosses faster. Bloodlines contribute here too — Primordial is the only one with documented damage reduction.
- You ran out of Abyss Sigils partway
- Nothing is lost — the questline has no time limit. Farm sigils and resume.
Frequently asked questions
- What does Atomic Mastery actually give you?
- It unlocks the Atomic sword's F move and raises the sword's damage by around 30%. It does not grant a new weapon.
- Do I need the Atomic sword before starting Mastery?
- Yes. The sword is the prerequisite: you buy it from the Atomic Trainer for a Shadow Remnant, an Eminence Essence, an Atomic Omen and roughly 45,000 Gems. Mastery then upgrades it.
- Is there a time limit on the mastery objectives?
- No. Sources agree the objectives can be completed at your own pace, which is why most players grind Eminence rerolls in the background while working on the Atomic kills.
- How current is this walkthrough?
- It is the oldest content on this site. The detailed sources cover Update 7.0 from March 2026, and the game has updated repeatedly since, most recently to the Broly update. The structure of the questline is unlikely to have changed, but check exact quantities against your in-game quest tracker.
